Kenomitian.com is a website for news, stories, and posts related to the worldbuilding of “The Kenomitian Universe,” a sci‑fi, dark fantasy, and urban fantasy setting centered on the planet Kenoma: where sapient species of bestial mien thrive; anachronistic pseudoscience blends with black magic; pollution chokes the cities; monsters stalk the wilderness; dystopian governments and megacorporations rule the world; mighty mages spread chaos with every spell; miracles are born of suffering; and Demigods, Titans, Deities, and Devils treat reality as their playground. 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, content on the site is entirely fictional and does not describe real facts. 

3) Scope and Acceptance of the Conditions 

Access to and/or use of Kenomitian.com confers the status of User and implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice and of the following documents:

If you do not agree with all the conditions, please do not use the site. 

Access to Kenomitian.com does not in itself initiate a commercial relationship with the Owner. The site provides access to original content and, where applicable, to authorized third‑party contributions.

The User undertakes not to use the site or its contents for unlawful purposes; for purposes contrary to this Legal Notice or to applicable law; to infringe the rights and interests of the Owner or third parties; or in any way that could damage, disable, overload, deteriorate, or impede the normal operation of the site, its systems, or the documents and files of other users. 

The Owner reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, comments or contributions that violate the law, are offensive, or are otherwise unfit for publication. 

The Owner is not responsible for opinions expressed by users through comments, social networks, or other participation tools, in accordance with the applicable regulations. 

5) Sensitive Content and Age Warnings 

• The site may include mature themes typical of the sci‑fi/dark‑fantasy genre (fear, distress, oppression, hostile creatures), presented for narrative and artistic purposes and without advocating violence.

6) Publications by Contributors and User‑Generated Content (UGC) 

When a User submits texts, images, illustrations, audio, or any other material (the “Content”), the User represents and warrants that (i) they own the necessary rights or have sufficient authorization; (ii) the Content does not infringe third‑party rights or applicable law; and (iii) they assume full responsibility for any claims arising from their submission. 

The User grants the Owner a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, make available, display, and adapt the Content for purposes of publication, archiving, promotion of the site, and the creation of derivative works linked to the Kenomitian Universe. The license will remain in force while the Content is published and, to the extent permitted by law, is irrevocable with respect to uses already made. The User may request removal of their Content by emailing the contact address; such removal will not affect lawful prior uses or technical backup copies. 

The Owner may moderate and minimally edit contributions (spelling, formatting, metadata) without altering their artistic or intellectual meaning, or reject submissions that do not meet editorial or legal standards. 

7) Intellectual and Industrial Property 

Unless otherwise indicated, all texts, illustrations, logos, trademarks, designs, layouts, code, and other elements on the site are the property of the Owner or are used with the authorization of their rightsholders, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. 

Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, making available, transformation, or other use for public or commercial purposes is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Owner. 

Use of the distinctive signs Kenomitian and Kenomitian Universe is reserved. Where certain content is published under open licenses or fair use, this will be expressly indicated in each case and the terms of those licenses will be respected.

The site may include links to third‑party websites solely to inform or expand on the content. These sites are outside the control of the Owner, who assumes no responsibility for their content or for the results obtained by following the links. 

Placing a link does not imply any relationship, approval, or endorsement between the Owner and the owners of the linked sites. When accessing external pages, please review their privacy policies and legal notices. 

Affiliation & advertising: the site may include affiliate links or sponsored content. Where applicable, such content will be clearly identified in accordance with the law.

However, the User acknowledges that internet‑based measures are not infallible; therefore the Owner does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements, despite reasonable efforts to prevent such incidents.

The Owner shall not be liable for interruptions or malfunctions of internet‑provided services, regardless of cause, nor for network outages, business losses resulting from such interruptions, temporary power cuts, or any other indirect damages beyond the Owner’s control.
